Compiling Postfix With MySQL Support

Hi,

I am preparing to download the Darwin port of Postfix ( http://www.opensource.apple.com/darwinsource/10.3.9/postfix-132.2/postfix/), and I wanted to ask what I need to do in order to compile/install it with MySql support.

Alternatively, since the pre-installed version of Postfix is already running on the system (but without MySql support), is there any way to enable MySql support without having to recompile/reinstall?
