I have songs posted in my iTunes as"waiting" these have been waiting for 2 weeks. how can i get them to stop "waiting"?

I have itunes match which inported songs from my pc. Most of the songs imported OK but many are "waiting" I have turned off itunes match then back on but nothings seems to help them inport or stop "waiting" what can I do?

Also when I did the match some songs within an alblum are listed in bold black, others more grayed. I can play the black songs but the grayed ones are inactive, any ideas for that?
