how to fix freeze

Hi, i got an 4s that all the suddenly started to freeze and restart really slowly. not usabel anymore.

I restarted a few times and after a while i uppdated it. no use.

then i totaly restored via itunes from dfu mode, but i cant even get thru the starting guide when the phone is done with the installation.

First time starting after install, ill slide to start "first time startin guide" and it freeze for 30 sec or so. then it get pass this poing. next fail is when

it asks me what wifi i want to log in to. ill select the one and it open a login window and then freeze completely. and this i have notice is EVERY time its time for numbers or alfabetics. instant freeze.

I have seen many ppl asking about this problem, but no one got answers to it. OFCOURSE this happens to the phone a few weeks after the

one-year limited warranty is out.

What am i to do?
