Reset, hold both home and power buttons until the iPhone begins to start. Usually takes about 10 seconds. Just keep holding both buttons.

pluge it in to a computer running windows or mac os x with itunes and if it is found then click the restore button then it will restore. or put in dfu mode and do the same thing

The iPhone was frozen. Buttons and power down button would not work. Holding the home button and the power down button for 10 seconds worked to shut down the iPhone. Powering iPhone back up gave me an operational screen. Thanks.
