Does the iPhone 5 have live/moving wallpaper? I know Samsung does.

We do not care what Samsung does. This is Apple. Don't like stand-still wallpapers? Then get a Galaxy S3

And I answered it, no moving/live wallpapers in the iPhone 5 and/or iOS 6.
Android phones (not just Samsung) do have it.
Funny how the other two people got all defensive when you mentioned Samsung. I totally understand your question and I had the same question too which is why I ended up here. Unfortunately, the iPhone lacks this ability and the only way would be to jailbreak it. Not gonna lie, Samsung has way better features than the iPhone. We all know it.
