How will convert normal sim card to nano sim?
iPad 2, Other OS, i os 4.3.3( recently upgraded
Just cut it to correct size with sharp scissors. But some SIM card have large metal contact plate, I doubt you will be able to cut these down without damage, but you never know until you try.
I think, respective apple stores should provide such service.
Apple will not cut SIM Cards. If you want a Nano SIM, contact or go to Cell Carrier, they will provide a new Nano SIM Card for you.
How comes if I want to use my iphone 5 after 2 yr-contract? most of us want to carrier free after contract, just buy prepaid sim an use wifi for internet.
I am really interested in i phone 5, but nano sim is a thing to consider.
Moreover, i also heard that nano sim could not be used currently in Myanmar. (I am myanmar citizen, currently residing in Singapore.)
So, I concern about nano sim.
You will have to work your Carrier about Cell Phone service and cutting their SIM to correct size so you can use it.
Just a note, they would not only have to cut it but they will also have to sand it as the nano SIM is 15% thinner.
that's why i concern,
for micro sim, we can cut ourselve,
but for nano, i dare not do as it might affect connectivity.
Hope Apple also think about our concern
