Question Mark in a Blue Cube Safari and Chrome but not firefox?

Hello,

I am having trouble with a video I have put in my slideshow using HTML5 data attribute. For some reason I get a Question mark w/ blue cube or image when using Safari and Chrome. Can someone take a look at my test site, and help appreciated. http://www.deckem.us/DECKEM%20DATA/.
