It is saying there are no network connections around me but there is plenty including my own wifi but nothing will show up and it won't let me switch it on or off

I turned it all the way off and turned it on and it was better.

If I have the hardware insurance will I be able to send it in for them to look at and maybe to fix
As Rudegar suggested the way to start troubleshooting is restart/reset/restore. The next step after that, in this case, would be to reset your networks settings

Does this occur only at say, a home network, or at all places where there is wi-fi? To confirm, you have done a "restore"?
My home network but everyone has wifi around here but it's not picking any up and yeah
