iOS 6 App Store Crashing when trying to view Purchased apps

After upgrading to iOS 6 my iPhone 4s can't display purchased apps. I start the App Store, touch updates and then touch purchased. I get a spining circle with Loading... for about a minute and then the App Store just exits and I'm back to the iPhone's first screen.

I've seen similar behavior with my new iPad after updating to iOS6. I haven't seen it crash but when starting App Store and then touching purchased it just stays at a spinning circle and says Loading... It never changes.

I've done the obvious stuff, power cycle and hold both buttons for a reset.

Ok Guys, I Already called apple and reported the Issue with the App store crashing and they helped me fix it. Its not a iOS 6 bug all you have to do is to reset the Network Settings on your device. Thats Its; Heres its how:

Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings

As soons as you click the "Reset Network Settings" the device will automatically take you to the Apple reboot logo. It will quickly boot up and then try launching the app store. This should solve your problem

NOTE: One thing you have to know is that when you reset the Network Settings it forgets you Wifi passwords, so before reseting them make sure you know the password for your wifi

Reseting the network settings wil NOT erase your content like Music, Pictures, ETC

Thanks IsaiYamaha but that did not fix it. I reset the network settings and it did not help. So far I have upgraded an iPod 4th Gen, iPhone 4s, iPhone4, iPad 2 and new iPad. They all have this problem. App store either crashes or stays at loading. The new iPad is the only device that worked and only after it sat at loading several times and then worked. When it did work it was extremely slow.

Well, I am sorry to report that Resetting Network Settings is an EPIC FAIL! Not only can't I see my purchased apps, but now my 4th Gen iPod Touch won't let me connect to my Wifi even though I remember the password. All I get when I try to connect is some pop-up browser that takes me to apple.com with a message that says "Hmm, the page you're looking for can't be found." What is up with that?! Now it's more screwed up than ever!

I had your same problem right after updating my iPad (latest gen). Tried resetting network connections. No luck. It would join my network then after about 5 seconds the wifi fan would drop and the log in page would appear. I ended up closing all my apps in the app switcher then reconnected and now it works fine. Pretty lame.

On both devices I've upgraded (iPad and iPhone 4S) the App Store is very spotty. Updates seem to work most of the time but no other sections of the App Store display anything at all.

To upgrade from beta to the full version of ios 6 follow these steps.

This is ONLY if you cannot seem to update at all. Make SURE iTunes wont let you update.

1. Open iTunes and plug in your idevice

2. Back it up (this is crucial)

3. Hold the power button and slide to power down

4. Unplug your idevice.

5. Begin holding the home button and DO NOT let go

6. Plug in your idevice while still holding the home button.

8. The plug in to iTunes screen should come up. This is called recovery mode

9. Look on iTunes and follow the on screen instructions to restore it.
