I'd like to update my iOS to 6, and I'm iOS 5.1, but I don't want my apps and stuff to be deleted nor do I have access to my PC to back it up. (I also don't wnt to back up to iCloud cuz how will that save my apps?!) So will my apps be deleted if I update. (Wirelessly?)

They shouldn't be, but you should always do a back up to either iTunes or the iCloud before you do a major update like an iOS change. If you should have a problem without a back up you could lose everything. Apple keeps track of all your apps but not any photos or documents, email settings, etc...
If you backup to iCloud, your apps will be downloaded again from backup if you need to restore the device. If you backup with iCloud - your app data will be in there as well.
I have never lost anything when updating my iPad. I am updating wirelesssy right now even as I type this response. I'm typing on my computer - but the iPad is in the process of updating right now.

Yup, I backup both via iCloud and iTunes/USB before starting the update.
Same here. Update is installing now. OTA took about one hour - iPad was not plugged in - and I share my iMac internet connection.
