Where do I find "iTunes Essentials"?

I can't seem to find the iTunes Essentials and "My Groove" playlists that iTunes used to make. I looked everywhere I can think of in the iTunes music store and can't find a link to it anywhere. I found this link on the internet:

And clicked on 'view in iTunes', and it opens in iTunes normally. But then (in iTunes) when I try to click on a link to take me back to the menu for iTunes essentials, I get an error that says "the item you've requested is not currently available in the Canadian store", even though the link is from the Canadian Apple site.

Please tell me they didn't get rid of iTunes Essentials in Canada??
