wifi sync not working after ios6 update

Is anyone else having this problem. I updated to iOS 6 today on my iPhone 4s, everything else is working just fine, but wifi-sync isn't working, my phone doesn't appear in itunes until i plug it into my computer. Anyone have any ideas?

I'm on a Mac Mini running Moutain Lion. I finally figured it out about 30 min ago. I went into iTunes, with my phone connected via USB, unchecked Sync over wifi, closed iTunes, and restarted my Mac. I open iTunes again, checked Sync over wifi, and restarted my computer again, and now it's working as normal . So I'm not sure what was going on, but it's okay now.

I'm having that problem, too, with my iPhone 4S on Windows 7 and iTunes 10.7. I can connect and sync my iPhone with a wired USB connection, but iTunes does not see my iPhone 4S on wifi.

I've power cycled my iPhone, power cycled my router, rebooted my computer, told my iPhone to forget the network, then reconnected the network -- I've done all of those many times.

Wifi on my iPhone is otherwise working fine.

No matter what I try, my iPhone will not connect over wifi with iTunes. Wifi sync is broken.

Same problem...!

Windows 7 (64-Bit) [ALL Updates installed]

iTunes 10.7.0.21 (newest Version)

iPhone 4s (running iOS 6.0)

before i had NO single issues syncing over WiFi

now my iPhone 4s doesn't even appear in iTunes when only connected to WiFi

i tryed to:

*restart Computer + iPhone + Router

*Connecting iPhone to charger

*remove iPhone from WiFi and then adding WiFi access again

*Going into Flight-mode and then to normal mode

*all things together

All in all: NOTHING happened!

hope they will patch this fast :S

It seems to be working now. I tried everything in the previous suggestions, including power-cycling my router, turning WiFi update off and on in iTunes, restarting my computer after each change, and so on.

I think that what worked was power-cycling the router and then rebooting the iPad, but I'm not sure. I am sure that power-cycling the router by itself was not enough in my configuration, in contrast to other people's experiences.

Exactly the same issue. 4S, firewall off or on, restarted my AP Extreme, devices, laptop.

The syslog is filled with these lines:
