Can't use search bar in save panel
Every time I try using the search bar in the save panel the folders are greyed out and won't let me select them. I have to navigate to the folder manually in the save panel.
Not sure exactly what you are doing, nor what version of Pages/OSX you are using, but you may find Default Folder an extremely useful supplement to both Finder and all your applications. It remembers lists of places you save and has numerous tricks such as "Save Here" where you simply click on a folder in Finder and it saves to there.
