Can you stack Apple Giftcards?

I know this isn't the proper place for this post but it seemed to be the best chocie since their isn't one for Apple Retail. I was wondering if I had say three $100 giftcards could I use all three online to purchase something in the store? I'm not talking about the Mac App Store or iTunes Store. I'm talking about Apple Giftcards to purchase hardware.
