    Add me to the long list, as I have the same problem here.  I get lists of Artists and Albums, but all songs are blank and 0:00 in length.   Still, the storage shows the songs reside in my iPhone.    Apple, please issue a fix ASAP!!

    +1 on this too! Pretty annoying that the only fix is a restore. Would like to see a fix over the air so i don't have to wait all day to resolve it!

    Yep - I too am having this problem. Updated iPhone 4 to iOS 6, iTunes Match was turned off in Music > settings. Turned it on, opened music, just hung with cloud icon for ages, then showed my music library with songs lasting 0:00 and no titles. Have tried using both settings (the one in Music and the one in the Store area), restarting with them turned on and off, now trying to sync to mac with itunes match disabled to see if I can at least clear the library, and still no joy.


    Also - how unApple is it to have 2 settings each doing the same thing in different parts of the Settings app? Not impressed at all.


    The lack of support and communication from Apple is ok when it 'just works'. When it breaks the fact you can't really get any help or information feels pretty arrogant.

    I also have this problem. iCloud now kicking me off when I try to activate iTunes Match. That didn't happen earlier today, before just got picture of cloud with a loading line that didn't fill. Perhaps apple is working on it? I hope. Very large library here if that is part of the problem. Also paying for this pleasure.

    I have iPad2 and iOS6.  Now only showing a big cloud with a non-moving status bar.  Please help!  My iPhone 4 with iOS5 works fine when I switch the iTunes Match on this morning, so it's not to do with iTunes Match.  It has to do with iOS6!

    Ok. Ok. Ok. Clearly a major bug with iOS 6. I know one of the problems for me is that I have two Apple IDs, one for iCloud using, and the other my long-standing Apple ID for my iTunes account. Naturally Apple never addressed a way to simplify into one merged account for both without losing all your songs. Not sure whether the 2 IDs problem is causing this for other users. Or is this an unrelated issue.


    What a pain! Fix this, Apple!!!!!!

    I also have this problem!  No matter what I do I can't get music from the iCloud to my iphone.


    Under Setting>Data Usage - Music says "no data" but I've not much free so I know the music I downloaded from icloud before the sync is there?  How do I wipe this without doing a full reset and restore (and will that even work?)




    c'mon Apple.. beta has been out for so long I can't believe this did come up (especially as you charge £21 a year for this!)

    After upgrading to IOS 6, I had major problems with iTunes Match. I have 105GB of music, with 15GB on my iPad 2. After the upgrade, I couldn't access any of the music on my ipad, and, I also noticed the meta data was missing.  Even thought eh music was consuming 15GB, the Settings=Usage menu showed 0 music listed.


    Having tried switching iTunes Match On/Off, rebooting etc... a number of times... nothing seemed to work.


    THE SOLUTION -  I backed up to iCloud before updating to IOS 6. So, I used the "Erase all content and settings" option, then restored my iCloud Backup. Voila, everything is now working as expected, all music shows correctly (even the artwork which was a major pain in the arse on IOS5), and music streaming works perfectly. I've even noticed that the music I used to have on my iPad is automatically re-downloading.   


    Whilst not an ideal solution, it works!

    Same problem...

    The update downloaded and installed fine, but now all my music is there, I can see it and select songs. However, not all of them play, if one doesn't play the phone simply skips to the next song and again and again until it finds one that does.

    - initially after upgrading, i get few songs with 0:00 length and only artists and albums names (song list and playlist e


    - discovered that iTunes Match is not activated

    - I activated it

    - now I have got a big cloud with the progress bar stuck


    Please help !!!

    Same for me... NB : the update worked correctly on my New iPad but not on the 3GS => I am highly hesitating to do the update on my wife's 4G that shares the same iCloud account ....

    I hate to say this, but my recommendation is to wait.  It seems like the structure is there, just not the data. I am going to give it at least 24 hours.

    I did a restore and it works fine.  Didn't loose anything in the restore because did a back up prior, so I'm fixed.  Took about hour and half or so.
