in windows, playback video is in slow motion why

I uploaded my videos from my iPhone 4s to my PC (Windows Vista), and when I playback the video is in slow motion. Audio is fine. Why? I checked for Quick Time updates, and I am good. I shut down all other programs, and it still plays back in slow motion. How can I correct this?
