    Same issues here. Got iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPad 3 - All iOS 6.0 . All stuck with Sound Playing on Apple TV3.

     

    Had issues with MacBook Pro Retina AirPlaying video+sound on AppleTv, but now issue solved. However, framerate (FPS) is terrible on AppleTV mirroring video from MacBook Pro Retina. Has to be fixed too.

    I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere, but I'm getting the audio only problem with itunes music vids. Was fine before updating, but now I can't get it straight on any device. Just to be clear, this is from the native iOS Videos app, not a third-party player. It's on an iPhone 4 in case that makes a difference.

    No idea why it's not working for you...I'm streaming now...no problems...using iPhone 5 and iOS 6...

    Did you actually see any of those posts noticing issues using iPhone 5? Tell you what - none.

     

    All of us having issues with 'outdated' and 'obsolete' gadgets.

    I saw your post...it said you had an iPhone 4S and an Apple TV 3...Jasmine is air streaming from both my 4S and my 5 to my Apple TV 3...I'm streaming a YouTube video...no problems...

    U still dont get the whole point: its obvious that iPhone 5 works flawlesly.

     

    We just want apple to fix the bug causing problems with all the rest of Apple stuff, but iPhone 5.

     

    P.S. it has nothing to do with politeness -- its all about focusing on the main problem and what the topic is about.

    I wrote earlier this week about my iPhone 4 and decided to get a 5 yesterday... And yes, guess what, works flawlessly.

     

    Google limited this to the most recent devices even of the old app and the web one works with older devices... Is google trying to troll us to think Apple is the one to blame because that's what they usually do for "new" features ? My videos from the apple app are working fine ... It is just that new google crap that has been limited wrongly...

    Indeed.

     

    Almost exactly same words what the BBC has said in the news: In this Apple - Google - Samsung war not the companies, but the consumers lose. Things that had to be working - aint work as supposed to work.

     

    Hope this issue will be solved ASAP.

    Not the perfect solution, but it does allow the functionality of airplay until Google incorporates it better.

    Jasmine works fine on my iOS6  4S and iPad2. Not like Google YouTube it has iPad native. I think you deserve thank you from me.

    Had same issues as you... downloaded Jasmine, didn't work.  Couldn't use Netflix.  Decided to try the obvious (which wasn't obvious to me up to this point) and turn ipad off to reboot.  Guess what... all videos now working - Netflix, Jasmine, YouTube (free iphone version loaded on ipad), none of which worked before the reboot.   Happy happy happy now!

    iPhone 5 works flawlessly? Really?

     

    Not my iPhone 5. It simply appears to be a limitation in the new YouTube app. Only audio plays on AppleTV through AirPlay.

    Thank you for idea - rebooting.

     

    However, this didnt solved my problem. Still no video, just audio on airplay.
