IOS 6 keeps going to an apple log-in screen every time I try to access my home wifi.

same problem here just trying to restart every thing atm

It worked after the update and stopped working after the phone died and needed recharge. Once I turned it back on it wont connect to WIFI.

Did not work. I have same exact issue as OP and tried all the same troubleshooting.

Just went to settings.....reset......reset network settings- per someones advice- that did not work either 😟

It's completely hosed as far as I can tell. iCloud has new terms of service that popped up: agreed to that. No luck. Reset networ: no luck; "forgot" all my old networks, reselected them and entered the passwords - no luck. Now, airport network management tool will not work: same stupid pop up screen. If iPhone 5's have this bug, too, then I predict large, sudden Android sales.

I have to join the "same problem here" chorus. It's that such an established Function like WiFi doesn't work after the Update ...

Same problem with my iPhone 4S (AT&T). I'm trying another restore from backup now. So far, that isn't working either! My 3rd Generation iPad seems fine so far.

This is obviously not device related issue. It is OS bug.

This happened to me as well with both iPhone 4S and the new iPad. My husband's iPhone 4S and iPad 2 had no problems connecting to wifi with the iOS 6 update. Unlucky me! I hope they fix this soon.

Same problem on 3gs. No doubt an apple bug.

My iPhone 4 fails to connect with IOS6 I get a "Hmm, the page you're looking for can't be found" Log In page from http://www.apple.com.
