iOS6 does not detect wifi on my iPad. iPad now useless. Please help!

You cannot go back to iOS 5. What do you mean by "there is no WiFi"? You have no WiFi connection?

I updated my 3rd Gen Ipad and i try to set up wi-fi connection and it keeps dropping and tries to access an apple page that doesn't exist Please help!

I have the exact same problem - wifi connects initially, then after about a second it tries to access some apple page which does not exist. It then drops the WiFi connection.

I have the same problem now with my iPhone. When will these people learn to get these updates right before releasing them? I can't do anything now .

Last Apple product I will EVER buy. This happens every time.

Same here.... I was connected before I updated...then it updated and now it won't connect anymore.

Same issue here...iPad 3 drops wifi after successfully connecting...no problem with iPhone 4 on iOS 6...

Same problem with me too; iPhone with ios6 has no problem connecting.

I have the same issue. The update to IOS6 went ok but now it loses the WiFi connection and appears to be trying to access the apple web site. If I enable cellular data it's working but some of the updates are too big for cellular data. My iPhone 4s is working ok so far on Wifi.

Same as everyone else here; wifi was working fine earlier, then all of a sudden wont stay connected. Cellular data works fine.

Same here, sign in, briefly connect, then drops.

Have tried three different routers (an old WRT54G, the Virgin wireless router, and an Apple Airport Express) and nothing works.

My Air and my phone both connect just fine, as they always have.

This isn't good. I also have the same issue on my iPof 5th Gen. Won't stay connected to WiFi and shows some wierd apple page with the title LOG IN.
