Subscription page shows up for home wifi when it shouldn't?

When i connect to my home wifi, i enter my password and all that stuff. But after that, the "log in" pop up shows up and takes me to the apple website with a message saying the webpage couldnt be found.

My wifi shouldn't even need a subscription page and i cant use internet on my ipod because this keeps happening. this wasnt a problem until i updated to iOS6.
