Q: Subscription WiFi problem after updating iOS 6

After updating to iOS 6, i am unable to access a subsciption wifi network from a hotel. I used to be able to see a login screen but, the screen now is replaced with "page not found" via www.apple.com. It's very frustrating. Please fix the bug. Otherwise every traveller will never be able to use wifi network in the hotel.

I managed to solve it by resetting Network setting.

 

At the same time, i also have issues with my Safari bookmarks.... all the bookmarks and folders, sub folders are gone. ... there was no way i could do anything to get them back. Not even trying to add new bookmarks. Turns out, i managed to get everything back (bookmarks, folders, etc) after i cleared browsing data and history,

I guess there must have been some backup error when i update from iOS 5.1.1 to 6.0.
