Fixed the wifi Issue.

Go to settings>Safari> Turn private Browsing on

close all

then connect to your wifi

pop up screen should say success...then go back and turn private browsing off again if you want.

iPad 2 Wi-Fi, iOS 6

turn on private browsing, then try again...make sure to close all browsers.
