Siri seems to have bugs of her own.....can't seem to get the weather location right
Well... there actually is a New York in Texas and the weather here has been in the 90s for most of the state... so Siri is right....

I have noticed this issue as well for the past 2 weeks and called apple about it. The apple tech on the phone gave me a bunch of thing to do like erase my zip code and put it back in, turn off Siri and delete my network. When all else failed I was asked to go the genus bar where my phone was troubleshot again. It finally dawned on me that the hardware and the software on the phone is good, the problem is with Siri, I asked the genus bar tech to ask the same question on his phone (whats the temperature outside) and see if its the same results and sure enough it was. Sorry to say folks but for the next however long it takes to fix this issue we the iPhone 4S users and maybe the 5 who live in NYC will told the weather in New York, Texas.
What I'm more surprised by is how you somehow managed to comment on your own thread before you even posted it.(Hint - look at the post times)
I have exactly the same problem. Siri insists on telling me the weather in New York, TX even if I explicitly ask for the weather in New York, NY.
I just tried to call the New York, TX Chamber of Commerce to make sure they knew about their new-found influence over their sister city, but unfortunately I don't think they have a Chamber of Commerce. This is New York, TX: http://goo.gl/maps/pX2gy

Point is: Fix this Apple. It's embarrassing. There may be a New York in TX, but there's a bigger one in NY. How could this ever happen with testing, etc.?
New iPhone. Asked Siri for weather. Got weather for New York, TX. Asked for weather in New York, got the same thing. Asked for weather in Brooklyn. Got weather for Brooklyn, OH. Why did Apple drop Google's excellent maps and choose Yahoo's terrible weather?
Also have the same problem here. Asked Siri what the weather was today and was very surprised to hear it was going to be in the 90s in NYC. Good thing NYC is so small...I am sure no one will notice this issue.
This is just embarrassing fo Apple. The easiest solution is to put 'google' infront of "what's the weather like outside?" And siri will bring up safari with easy to read, correct information.
I don't get how Siri can correctly point to where I am on a map but then place me 1,518.7 mi away for weather. (Had to google he distance, was way too hard for siri.)
