Sep 20, 2012 5:52 AM in response to Marco86kby Mike R,Solved it! If you, like me, accidentally tapped "No" when Find Friends asked if it could access your contacts (this happens on first launch in iOS6) you will have this problem. Go to "Settings>General>Reset>Reset Location & Privacy". After resetting this, launch Find Friends again and it will ask to access your contacts. Tap to Allow and all should be fixed. Note this will likely cause other apps to ask again for permission to access things like contacts and locations.

Sep 22, 2012 2:04 PM in response to Marco86kby Mike R,I have since discovered the new Privacy settings in iOS6, which let you control these things based on what data is being accessed. So you could go to Settings > Privacy > Contacts and change the setting for "Find Friends" to "ON". That should also allow Find Friends to now access your contacts and dispaly names and photos.
