App Store, Can't access purchased items?

I can't access the purchased items on my iPhone 4S from the App Store. It just hangs and then quits. I have reset network settings etc and nothing has helped. Apple can't replicate the problem.

It looks like the AppStore App is still an HTML 5 app, so it must be a load issue. I have tried both Cell and Wifi and both are just "as bad" but still functional in 50% of cases. Might also that they are using a seperate set of servers for the new Appstore and running the old version on different servers that do not have the exessive load as the new Appstore has.

Apps not downloading due to an error I have yet to encounter. Perhaps I am close to a server farm?

Well it's possible there's a new cloud farm for the new iOS. On my ios6 iPhone I wouldn't get many errors on grabbing purchased apps. The screen either wouldn't load or installs would just hang. I was able to get most via 3G and the rest by rebooting my network with airplane mode after every 2 installs or so.

Make sure you are logging into the various stores with your correct Apple Id. For some reason, both my iPad & iPhone reset themselves to my original Apple Id., but my purchases were made against my "xxx@me.com" Apple Id. Oh joy! A real pain in the rear, but having signed in with my xxx@me.com Apple Id. on both devices, everything works again.

I just love the way that little things have been changed in the iOS6 upgrade... OK, it asked me whether I wanted to associate my puchases with my xxx@me.com Id., but I didn't know what the implication of saying no was!

Hope that works for you.

Is anybody still having this problem? It started for me on Monday night and is still ongoing. Apple has not been very helpful.

The problem is on all my iOS devices, including iPhone 5, 4, iPad 3 and two iPod touches.

All were/are running iOS 6 without any issues until this issue cropped up on Monday night.

I have had the same for months now, massive failings at apple over this past year.

Thyey would need to start fixings things instead of breaking them time after time.

I've just about had enough of this, so much I feel forced to change my choice in operating system for phone. With the current Phones on offer apple need to pick their tails up and seriously upgrade their iOS and give people want they want to see, if they come out with yet another non-Inovative update for the current iOS they'll find themselves being left behind, it already begun.

Sad to have to write this but let's face it it is truthful :s

I have the following in our household:

iPad (original) with iOS 5

iPad 2 with iOS 6

iPad Mini with iOS 6

The original iPad connects to the Purchased section of the App Store. The 2 iPads with iOS 6 both will not load the Purchased section of the App Store. Before the update to iOS 6 on the iPad2, it connected to the Purchased section with no problem.

There is a problem with the Purchased section on the App Store with iOS 6. It is not a server load issue.
