My computer crashed with my itunes library in it. How can I move my library to my new computer ?

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for this very occasion. Use your backup copy to put everything back.

Same answer (pretty much). If you do not have a backup copy then your library is where your old computer is. If you have items purchased from the iTunes Store you may be able to re-download them, but this will be to a new library. Your playlists and ratings are on the old computer drive.
