Q: If I synced my iPhone to iTunes yesterday how do I access that back up ?

So I've updated my iPhone 4. Lost all of my videos bc they never backe up to iCloud. I synced my phone to iTunes yesterday. But when I went to restore it never gave me any recent dates to pick from. How can I get some recent dates to restore from ?

The backup that itunes performs does not include any itunes content.

You should be transferring these to your computer.
