So I have an iphone 4s.. i've been reading that the wifi plus cellular option should be available for it, but on the cellular page under general settings where i think its supposed to be its missing. Any ideas why? or how to get it? thanks!

Yeah it does indeed have an enable 3g toggle ...
but some people are saying id does not have a 3g toggle in iphone 4s
Maybe thats part of the problem? Because I have that toggle still even after updating. I tried restoring from backup and reinstalling and its still there and no sign of the new wifi plus cellular still...
there is no wifi plus cellular toogle in my 4s, too...
Same boat on my 4. No option and honestly it would be great roaming in and out of secured networks.
What carrier is everyone using. My 4S on AT&T had it on the betas, but my 5 on VZW does not have the option.
My iPhone 5 is on AT&T and doesnt have it. My iPhone 4 (also running iOS 6) doesnt have it also a AT&T Phone. it was taken out on the GM version of iOS 6 beta.
