No iOS6 update for iPhone 4s??

Hi All

Ok so basically inAustralia the iOS 6 update has been released, I successfully updated my ipad 3 this morning and now wanting to update my iPhone 4s and my partners iPhone 4.

Only problem is when we go to settings>general> check for software update

It says:

Your software is up to date 5.1.1

Where's the iOS 6 update??

Anyone else had this problem?

Iv been on google and forums and can't find anyone else having this problem as a lot of other people having been successful with locating the update on their phones.

Any help and ideas of why this is happening would be great.
