I have updated my iPhone4 to iOS6 and i have problem with signatures.
I have 9 different accounts for business, and i need 9 diferent signatures. So, i have entered all of them and now i have problem:
1. When I want to write new mail, there is no signature.
2. When i reply to mail signature is there. But, if I change account within that email, there is no change of signature, old one sticks.
Where is the problem?

Is there a way of sending an email regarding this to Apple? I tried to find on support page, but no luck
Same here. Using signature for my business account. I am always in the unified inbox. If i start writing from there, i choose to send from business account (google is default). The signature is not attached!
I use three email accounts and noticed this problem as well. I only want a signature on my work email, which is through yahoo small business. I also tested this out on my Apple email, and my university email (goes through exchange). The only signature that worked out of the three was my Apple .Me email account. Hopefull this gets fixed soon.
I am having the same problem with multiple signatures not working. There is just nothing there when I send.
I am having the similar problems on my iPad 2. I can list the signatures, but it always reverts to my default account signature. Curiously, with the same email accounts and signatures, it is working just fine on my iPhone 4s.
I have created six signatures but as many as three signatures appear in emails that I send from my iPhone.
