My instagram app disappeared on my iPad,

My instagram app iPhone app install on my iPad dissapeard suddenly, and I cant seem to install as it says it's installed.

Tried the search its not showing up. In notifications the icon is there but I am not getting any messages... Pls help...

I think this happend when the app got stuck when updating and I deleted it to be reinstalled and i never could install it back....
