iPod home button stuck.
Version is 4.2.1. is it a 4th gen? also, how do i fix the home button? i dont have the assistive touch so how do i get it ? thanks. ;D

You can't as it sounds like you have a 2G iPod Touch, which cannot be upgraded past iOS 4.2.1. See here for possible Home button fixes.

Otherwise, you'll likely need to have the iPod replaced or repaired.
