iCloud, open tabs, Safari

Hi, i have upgraded to Mountain Lion on my Mac Book Pro, I have upgraded to iOS6 on my iPhone 4S.

Using Safari on my Mac, I have a page open that i would like to "bookmark" to iCloud, i click on the iCloud icon next to the address, it tells me "iCloud automatically saves open tabs on my other devices"

I open Safari on my iPhone .... how please can i get to the TAB i am supposed to have that is showing the same web sitethat i am looking at on my Mac ?.

iCloud Tabs are open windows on all your devices... If on your Mac in Safari you can't close out of it or it will not be on your iPhone running ios 6... Open Safari on your Mac then go to iPhone Bookmarks> iCloud Tabs and wait 2 seconds for it to refresh itself... And it should appear...

You must also be logged into the same iCloud account on both your Mac and your iOS device(s).

Check your account setup in Settings on iOS and in System Preferences on your Mac.

thanks lads, it all makes more sense now, in fact it DOES work extremely well, i found out why it didnt work for me LOL.

I hadnt switched it on in my iPhone settings under iCloud/Safari !!!, when i did that it it all fell into place.

i didnt get any tabs i just got bookmarks !!!

no that didnt make any sense and it is STILL NOT WORKING!!!!

1.Open Safari on your Mac then go to iPhone Bookmarks>

impossible, because if i open safari on my mac, i cant find anything in safari called "iphone bookmarks"

looked in file edit view history bookmarks window and help, NOTHING ANYWHERE!!!

been having the same problem for almost a year now,

nope not on my mac...

we would be pretty stupid to have missed something as obvious as not being logged into the same iCloud account on both Mac and iOS device!!!

that advice sounds like something apple says lol
