I was updating my iPad to IOS 6 yesterday and during that battery ran out , now my iPad just blinking with apple logo and can't operate

My iPad battery ran out during updating iOs yesterday , at morning I found my iPad not responding and just a black screen with a blinking apple sign , what I can do to fix this ?
