Q: Screensaver LoginWindow Message 10.8.1
Hi,
I need to change the default screensaver in a mass deployment to the "Computer Name.saver" with a custom message for the users and the login window.
As described by Apple in the KB:

The Clients get rolled out on 10.8.1 and our finalizing script sets the screensaver to display a message to users and at the login window.
The user screensaver settings are nice. But the login window screensaver message is showing some wild message "Your Message Here".
Who can adjust the error and maybe has a solution for this behavior?

Found my error in the script.
I took the screensaver from "/System/Library/Screen Savers/FloatingMessages.saver" instead of "/System/Library/Frameworks/ScreenSaver.framework/Resources/Computer Name.saver".
As soon as you do it right it works ;-)
