Hello,

To whom it may concern, for over two weeks I have been on the phone with Verizon and Apple concerning this (o) that idles on my phone in the place of 3g icon. This started about 3 weeks ago, and NO ONE can seem to tell me what the issue is. This circle on my phone has turn my life upside down!!!! I cant get calls or make calls, access the internet, no text or any other things that a iPhone is suppose to do. THIS IS SO RIDICULIOUS!!!! all I want is my phone to work again. I have also updated the new iOS 6 and still act like trash. I only had this phone 4 months. This will be my FIRST AND LAST iPhone product that I will ever purchas from Apple.
