Q: Error 2324

I keep trying to download the lastest version of iTunes on my computer, using GoogleChrome and I keep getting an Error Message 2324 that 'there is a problem with the package'. How do I fix this so I can use iTunes with my iPhone4 ?

Let's try the fixit from the following Microsoft document with that one:

Fix problems with programs that can't be installed or uninstalled
