Just upgraded iPhone 4 (not 4S) to iOS 6, and now the A2DP (bluetooth) profile doesn't appear to be working (audio output ONLY through iPhone Speakers).
USED to be able to listen to streaming audio via Bluetooth Headset (A2DP profile), now bluetooth appears to be HEADSET ONLY (phone calls)!

I upgraded my 4 last night to iOS6, and when I got in my car this morning discovered that I could no longer see audio information on my car's stereo, nor can I control the tracks with my next/prev buttons. What a joke! Looks like I may be selling my 5 and going to Android.
I don't know if this will solve your problem but I had a simliar issue with my Jambox after upgrading a 4s to IOS6.
Go into bluetooth settings and forget the device, and resync as a new device. After I did that it works fine.
Got the same issues just like KingOfLimbs12 (though I'm usin a 4S):no audio info, control via the Kenwood system not possible (the audio itself streams fine). Seems Apple changed something in the Bluetooth stack. Interesting side note: w/ iOS5.x.x I wasn't able to use Siri in my car... but now it works -_-
Forgetting and re-syncing does not do the trick btw.
I just "down/upgraded to iOS 6 and same issue in my car. It ***** and ****** me off. I didn't back up my phone before the down/upgrade so I can restore easy. I am so ****** I didn't do my research before doing this. That is what I get for trusting apple blindly.
I will rethink my next phone unless they fix this fast.
I did notice one other STRANGE aspect of the Bluetooth connections...
In my office, I use my Plantronics headset (A2DP), in my car, I connect to the Phone (only) with the Headset profile.
When I got home (and out of range of the car), it showed BOTH the Plantronics (A2DP) AND the Headset devices as "CONNECTED".
After disconnecting BOTH (manually), the A2DP profile started working again!

I have an iphone 5 and the motorola s9 earphones and I can sync them easily enough but all I can do is hear audio. None of the buttons on the headphones work and if I recieve a phone call I can hear the caller but they cannot hear me so the mic is not working. I have done the "forget this device" and resynced but that does fix anything. Any ideas out there?
