How does one get a full AppleCare refund due to lousy Apple Support?
Listed support phone number doesn't work, and apparently there's no email address you can write to.
iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 5.1.1

Matter of fact I did, I wouldn't dare put this question up if I didn't. Not much of a help, isn't it?
Thank you for your reply.
I had no problem calling Apple support a couple of days ago, but that was before the release of iOS 6 and the new iPhone.
What issue are you having with your iPad?
From the AppleCare warrarnty on this page -> http://www.apple.com/legal/applecare/applecareplusforipad.html
"9. Cancellation

If you cancel more than thirty (30) days after your receipt of this Plan, you will receive a pro rata refund of the original purchase price, based on the percentage of unexpired Plan Term from the Plan’s date of purchase, less (a) a cancellation fee of twenty-five ($25) dollars or ten percent (10%) of the pro-rata amount, whichever is less, and (b) the value of any service provided to you under the Plan. Unless applicable local law provides otherwise, Apple may cancel this Plan for fraud or material misrepresentation. Unless applicable local law provides otherwise, Apple may also cancel this Plan if service parts for the Covered iPad are not available, upon thirty (30) days prior written notice. If Apple cancels this Plan for the unavailability of service parts, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the Plan’s unexpired term."
Thanks for your concern, it's not related to the software update.
Thanks for this. However, if you read my original post, the phone doesn't work -- which adds to the fact that there's no email. Hence, support *poof*!
It's quite ironic that one would have to spend to make a long distance call just to contact Apple. I guess my expectations are high as a paying AppleCare customer.
