export to facebook

I cannot export imovie project to my facebook account from my iphone (and this is the only way i am willing to do this for convenience). I should get a sign-in prompt but i dont. I get a message to go to HOME then change settings - but i cannot find this. I have looked into the settings on my iphone but not seeing the app. thank you for the help.
