Itunes Wi-Fi Sync Problem on IOS6

After IOS 6. Itunes Wi-Fi Sync is not working. Itunes is not detecting the device..

iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G, iOS 6, No Face Time on 3G

I have the same issue. I will be able to connect through WIFI, but when I leave the house to go to work, and then return, I have to close itunes, disable my computer's WIFI, and turn WIFI off on my phone as well. Only after I turn everything back on, can I sync over wifi. Any ideas?
