App Store Keeps Crashing iOS 6 iPod4

I'm also having a problem searching the App Store. I noticed the YouTube app has disappeared and now I can't search to download it.

Kag - Reset your iPod (Hold down power and home buttons until it shuts down and turns off again). It won't turn off data.

Dossjb - The YouTube is no longer a stock (built-in) app. It's now made by Google, and it is in the App Store. Just type in YouTube. It should be the very first result.

Reseting my ipod didnt help still it crashes everytime i search something

I've tried resetting as well. No luck. App store still crashing.

This is affecting many devices right now. The best thing we can do is wait it out, sorry.

If it is so, then so be it. Patience. At least, this short thread has soothed my worries. I've been facing the same issue with two iPhones (one a "4" and the other a "4S"); the AppStore app crashes when I select the "purchased" view inthe "updates" section.

I guess there is an alternative until they fix it. If you have app sync enabled on ITunes. You can download the apps you want on your computer then sync. Not the best option but at least we can still get the apps we want.

same here! i updated to ios6 and now the appstore still crashes all the time when i search for something.!

i did 2 restore and det up as new, but didn't work:-(

so now, i'm waiting for an apple bugfix.

iOS 6.0 is rubbish, ever since i've downloaded it, it's slowed down my phone completely and more:

- App store is rediculously slow.

- At times won't let me connect to the intenet (Google Chrome/Safari).

- App store doesn't let me upgrade apps.

- Twitter won't let me send tweets.

Whatever it is, I hope they fix it.

Im also haveing that problem witht the app store also it is very slow i tryed deleting some of my unused apps but this did not do any think 😠

Even if didnt crash It's a pile of crap...I can't even search in the AppStore on the IPad3.....Ive basically got an AppStore app that cant

search for app within its very own AppStore .....it worked ok minutes before the upgrade to IOS6 . It's begs the question why didn't Apple test their own software before releasing it?

In Apple speak there's an app for that......pity the friggin App Store won't let me friggin find it!

TT mine too. Software update was success but after I can't connect my iPod to iTunes and now the screen ask me to connect my device to iTunes but it doesn't have any response! HOW?
