System process (qtkitserver) deleting files/folders i created

I turned to Mac last month when o bought a Mid 2012 model.

Replaced the HDD with a Samsung SSD, put the HDD in optical bay, things are running smooth, i didnt even had problem putting the system to sleep when booting from the HDD in optical bay as many have reported.

But my main OS (10.7.4) run from the SSD, and i have placed personnal files on the Root of the HDD using as second HD. After i have installed 200gb of data i had the folder completely emptied the next day. I checked console and got strings trying to remove every folder in the HDD drive like this:

05/9/12 3:53:53.768 PM com.apple.qtkitserver: rm: /Volumes/MacHD/[[AUDIO]]: Permission denied

it seems it only reports theones it could not delete

i reinstalled everything and got this in my console days later, but no files were deleted at the time.

I really need to understand whats happening until i can consider this a reliable system for professional work. I have messed a lot more in Win and never got things deleted. Im getting extremely disapointed ...

I really need help

Cheers
