Passbook - I have chosen Southwest Airlines program from the App listed in the passbook group (for my upcoming trip), so now what do I do?
There's only a handful of apps that support passbook, and Southwest Airlines' app isn't one of them. On the apps that do, sign in to your account and the app will ask if you want to put a pass in the Passbook app. You can see the apps that support Passbook in iTunes in the featured collections bar.
