iOS 6 Bluetooth problems

So I have an iPhone 4S and IPad 2. I have updated them both to iOS 6 and am having Bluetooth problems on both devices... It connects and plays for about a minute and for some odd reason it cuts out every couple seconds/minutes. I have to keep pausing or skipping tracks in order for the music to play comfortably again. This happens to me on BOTH devices and also happens on my buddies iPhone 4S as well.

I never had any of these problems in iOS 5... So does anyone know if it could be a bug or how I can fix it?

iOS 6.01 User Experience:

1) Wireless Software Update - "Error Updating Software." Plugging in to iTunes did work as a back up.

2) No improvement in BT functionality.

iPhone 5 and iOS 6.0 User Experience:

1) New phone lacking BASIC functionality

2) Software update that does not address the problem

3) CEO apology for a trivial App with multiple other options (Maps), but none for this much more critical aspect of the product

I just forked out $280.00 for a pair of the new Klipsch Image One bluetooth headphones. They sporatically work with my Iphone 5 and Ipad. The music constantly cuts out and occasionally just stops. With my Ipad, I cannot control the music functions from my headphones at all. I have to control from the Ipad. I'm positive it's because of iOS 6. With the earlier operating system my other bluetooth devices worked flawlessly. After being an Apple junky for years, I'm starting to change my opinion. They released iOS6.1 with no bluetooth fix. ***??

I have a TuneLink Auto BT adapter. Since I updated to iOS 6.0.1, my bluetooth connection keeps dropping. I have to turn off my car and restart it multiple times before it will even detect (let alone pair up). Today, it would play for a few seconds and then just drop my BT connection for no apparent reason.

I'm mighty frustrated.

Apple, fix the bloody thing!

I couldn't agree more!!! I updated this morning in the vain hope that it might fix the issue but I wasn't that confident because there was no mention of it in the 6.0.1 notes. Needless to say the BT is still not working so glad I wasted $1500 on a new BT stereo 3 days before iOS6 came out so that I could play my iTunes library easily in my car...

COME ON APPLE SORT IT OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok... that did not work at all!

I'm back to the TuneLink Auto losing its connection again. Even resetting my network settings didn't work. I even reset all settings to no avail.

My bluetooth headset works without issue. It's just my auto handsfree kit that's driving me nuts.

I'm resorting to using a long audio cable from my 4S to the aux jack in my car.

Fix this already, Apple!

I completely erased my iPhone 4 and set it up as a "new phone". No apps, no photos, no contacts. The phone was restored to out of the box state.

Bluetooth still didn't work, so we have eliminated the possibility of any conflict with old data or apps. The IOS 6 firmware is BROKEN and Apple needs to admit the issue exists and fix it.

Talking on the phone while driving is $125 fine and 3 demerit points.

I am appaled that Apple hasn't done squat. Do we need to storm their offices and bring along the tar and feathers?

I have two iPhones (4 running on iOS 4.x and 4S running on 5.1.1). I have just started using the 4S and ran into this issue, it won't pair with any bluetooth devices I have, not even with the iPnone 4. It is reidiculous that Apple simple does not care about it and keep throwing us at othe rocmpanies asing for support on their devices that do work and are compatible with anyone else.

Before complaining about Apple's stupid phones, I carefully tested all my bt devices connecting them to each other. I have devices manufactured by Dell, Sony, Samsung, LG, etc, everything works as expected but Apple's. What else do we need to do in order to get some respect from Apple?

Same thing with the battery on the 4S, is gets depleted in half the way as compared to the older iPhone 4, simply ridiculous.

Apple, make your products work instead of spending money on fancy TV campaigns!!!
