iOS 6 Bluetooth problems

So I have an iPhone 4S and IPad 2. I have updated them both to iOS 6 and am having Bluetooth problems on both devices... It connects and plays for about a minute and for some odd reason it cuts out every couple seconds/minutes. I have to keep pausing or skipping tracks in order for the music to play comfortably again. This happens to me on BOTH devices and also happens on my buddies iPhone 4S as well.

I never had any of these problems in iOS 5... So does anyone know if it could be a bug or how I can fix it?

I updated today my Iphone 4S to IOS 6.1.3 my Iphone can not anymore discover any bluetooth devices. What can be done. My Ipad 3 works fine after the update, but Iphone does notdiscober anything. Are otherpeole having same problems. I heard fromma friend, that this is acually a big problem coming. This will cost Apple dearly, if a solution is not found.

It is appropriate for this thread, in that it shows that the issue is fixed when users take that evil and forbidden action, which gives the lie to the occasionally stated excuse that Apple *cannot* support both the 'old' Bluetooth audio standard and the 'new' one simultaneously, but rather that it's compatibility that Apple broke and doesn't care to fix.

I had issues last week with my iPhone 5 failing to pair correctly with my Parrot CK3100 device in my Saab. I knew the Parrot was working fine as my wife's iPhone 4 would still connect perfectly with it. Mine continually said pairing failed. I tried to reset my phone, reset the parrot, updated the parrot software, deleted my phone off the parrot and then tried to reconnect it, etc etc. The only thing that worked was to carry out a full iPhone reset which has resolved the problem. Pretty straight forward to do as my phone backs up to iCloud and all my contacts, apps, etc came back as they originally were.

Well, well...

After upgrading to iOS7 on my iPhone 4S perfectly connetcs to my handsfree in my car and other previously unusable blueetoth devices. Let me point out that nothing else have been changed, only iOS have been updated to iOS 7.0. No tricks, no breaks.

It really seems that Mr Kurcharski was extremly wrong on putting the blame on every other manufacturer. Take this lesson: denial of problems leads to nowhere...

Yes - I agree with TamasK. IOS7 replaced IOS6 on both my iPhone 4S and ipad3 and all devices that were unable to attach are working flawlessly. No connection issues, no audio cutting out for no reason and no one telling me how my 4 different audio headset/speaker manufacturers built their equipment wrong. It was fun dusting off and connecting all the equipment that I spent so much time with before IOS6. Hope all of you have the same experience.

Oh, how I wish! I had a 64GB 4S, which worked fine with bluetooth headset and didn't drop calls. Then it began to be spotty with the music and voice, and would just drop off bluetooth. Not connecting the problem with iOS6 upgrade, I just thought the phone was getting old, so spent $400 + accessories + Square Trade warranty for a 5. Big, gigantic, huge mistake... The 5 not only chopped up music, but also dropped the bluetooth in mid-call, which is truly frustrating for me and my callees. I'm on Verizon. I took it back after the first month and they gave me another -- which doesn't chop the music up, it just drops off. And the call problems persist. I've done network resets numerous times, talked to LG, who said the headset is compatible with iPhone 5 with OS6, and, even after installing iOS7, the bluetooth will just decide to stop working in the middle of a call, or the phone will just drop the call entirely -- even not on bluetooth. (And I do know that you have to change the screen when talking or can hit "End" by mistake with your chin -- another annoying trait.) It seems to work best using the corded headset, a major nuisance. I have a bad neck problem, so talking without a headset is not feasible for me. I loved my 4S until the software changed. If I hadn't put a couple of hundred CDs on iTunes, I'd switch to Samsung right now.

I am also having huge issues with Bluetooth on my iPad. It will no longer Bluetooth to any device. Very, very upset! No longer can print from my iPad because it cannot find the printer. Apple made a huge mistake with new operating system. I never thought there would be this serious of a problem. Would never have downloaded it!!!!!! So others beware!
