iOS 6 issues for 4s

Okay. I noticed my camera flashes randomly now thoughout the day. Once was when my phone rang and most of the other times is when i have it on the dock. I swear I feel like i have epilepsy it is so annoying! how do I get it to stop??

Also I can't download any apps....and I'm not on wi-fi....I used to be able to download apps no problem and now it says there is a server issue? A server issue with Verizon??
