Exchange mail after iOS 6 upgrade not working
I had this working fine and then upgraded to iOS 6. I now get "cannot get mail the connection to the server failed". Anyone else having issues with Exchange mail after iOS 6 upgrade?

I should also mention that my Gmail is working fine and I have tried powering the iPad off and back on.

Disregard. I played around a bit and got it working. For anyone else that is having this issue, here is how I solved it.
Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Exchange -> Exchange (under Accounts) -> Account (under Exchange) -> clicked at end of username field -> Done (on account screen) -> Done (on Exchange screen)
So basically I changed nothing but I think this somehow re-associated the account with the iPad by hitting done. Would love some more insight into why this worked, but it worked.
I'm actually having a similar issue. The native email application on my iPhone will not load or send emails. It acts like its going to but then sits and loads till I close it. Have an iPhone 4 running straight talk.
I have the same issue with Exchange, it was working part of the day after upgrading to IOS 6, but then just stopped working. I deleted the exchange account and added it back and its still broken. Recycled the phone a few times as well.
Looks like my gmail and iMessage are hosed too 😟 Not to mention passbook.
I had similar issues that would not resolve by resetting phone...or reinstalling Exchange
I finally hit, reset network settings and it cleared it right up....
Not sure if that was by fluke or if something was held up in there

This fixed my issue with my iphone but not with my ipad 😟 .
I am having same issue with my New iPad. Cust Serv says wait til Monday am and attempt again. Apparently a sever issue on their end.
Same issue here. The reset on network settings did not fix the problem.
removed the account entered it new no result
I don't have an exchange account so that won't work for me 😟

Reset networksettings to factory state…
where in IOS 6?
In dutch system:instellingen/Algemeen/Stel opnieuw in/Herstel netwerkinstellingen
should be something like
Settings/Regular/Reset settings/Reset networksettings
In my case there are 2 problems :
Reset the network setting doesn't changed nothing.
