how do i import my google contacts to my ipad contacts?
I have been able to import my google contacts to my Iphone but not to my Ipad... Any ideas???

Try this if you have ios 6 http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4872?viewlocale=en_US , if you wait for ios 7 setting up your google mail on the mail contacts and calendar pane will have the sync contacts available
