Subfolders in Mail disappeared after updating to 10.8.2

Have you hovered your cursor to the right of your mailbox groupings? Do that and click where it says 'Show,' and your folders will appear...

No such problem seen here. POP and On My Mac mailboxes, or IMAP and folders on the server?

Screen shot did not show up in email notification -- just now seeing it.

So you had On My Mac, but now they are not found?

In the Finder, open your Home folder, and then hold the Option key down while clicking on Go to cause the Library of that folder to display. In that Library, look for the Mail folder, and in the Mail folder look for the Mailboxes folder. Can you find one in Mail/V2? Is there also a Mail Lost and Found folder? Look in any folder within one of those named Mailboxes.

I will have to get to my Mountain Lion Mac to confirm these exact locations, as I am posting this from my Lion setup.

had the same..

1. right click on your "inbox" folder..

2. click "get Account Info"

3. go to Tab "quota Limits"

4. select your folder and click in the right bottom the "show Messages" button.

after that all folders are there again.

Hi Aft your direction worked but when you start new window, it goes back to the original which does not show folders.
